There are still great sales happening on cordless power tools, batteries, and more.

While Amazon Prime Day may technically be over, there are still sales happening on many types and brands of tools. You'll find incentives on tools from some of the best hardware brands, including DeWalt, Milwaukee, Craftsman, and Black+Decker. Amazon is still running Prime Day deals with discounts as steep as 69-percent off on hand tools, power tools, and workshop accessories. If you're looking to expand your tool kit, it's still a great time to shop, even though Prime Day 2023 is wrapping up.

To help you find exactly what you need, we’ve culled the pretenders from the real savings, so you can get some great gear that's worth your money. We've keep this list updated regularly and have removed listings that are no longer discounted.

Not every product on sale for Prime Day is actually a good deal. Some sellers employ devious practices to make their deals look better than they are, like raising the price of a product a few weeks before Prime Day, then “slashing” it back to a small discount, making a 10 percent discount look like 30 percent off.

So, how do you separate the wheat from the chaff amid chaotic Prime Day shopping? I recommend using a shopping assistant browser extension such as Honey or Camel Camel Camel. These helpful price trackers can show you how the price of a product has changed over time and alert you if it’s cheaper at another retailer. The latter feature is especially useful given that major tool retailers, including Home Depot and Lowe’s, tend to launch their own sales to compete with Prime Day.

As with past years, many of our favorite tools brands—including Bosch, DeWalt, WorkPro, Milwaukee, Black+Decker, Craftsman, and Greenworks, to name several—are not shy about offering major discounts on Prime Day.

Expect to find great deals on corded and cordless power tools, including drills, impact drivers, and circular saws. Sale prices on hand tools, such as socket sets and home tool kits, should also be abundant as well.

DeWalt’s offering an incredible price on a combination impact driver and cordless drill kit that packs a heck of a one-two punch. The drill can reach speeds of up to 1,500 RPM, allowing you to make quick work of projects that require a lot of fasteners, while the impact driver comes equipped with enough torque to drive 3-inch screws through two 2x4s. Two 20-volt batteries and a charger accompany this kit, along with a handy canvas storage bag that’s large enough to store the tools, batteries, and charger. It also has side pockets for bits.

Skil has long been renowned for its circular saw, which should come as little surprise given that the company invented the tool more than 100 years ago. This starter model is a fine choice for anyone cutting their teeth in the world of DIY home improvement. It’s lightweight, making it easier to handle than other circular saws, but still allows you to cut to a depth of 2 3⁄8 of an inch and bevel up to 51 degrees.

Craftsman’s cordless 20-volt oscillating tool kit comes with a varied selection of attachments, including wood and metal blades, a scraper, and a sanding platen. It’s a great jack-of-all-trades tool to keep around. The kit includes a battery and charger, plus a canvas tote bag to store all of its tools and attachments to boot.

Bosch has a reputation for making quality tools that cost less than similar options from the elite brands of the tool industry. Add a Prime Day incentive on top of that, and you get an exceptional deal.

This cordless tool combo pack comes with a pocket driver and an impact driver. I love these because they’re more compact than most cordless drills, making them easy to wield and fit into tight spaces. In addition to the two tools, the kit comes with two batteries, a charger, and a handy carrying case.

If you have trees to trim, you should look at Craftsman’s V20 lopper. It’s a cordless 6-inch mini-chainsaw with a clamping bottom that makes it easier and safer to chop off thick tree branches and overgrown hedges up to 4 inches in diameter. The dual triggers, one on each handle, help ensure a safer experience than a conventional chainsaw. While it’s a niche tool, the lopper is absolutely worth the price of admission if you have trees on your property that need regular trimming.

If you live in an apartment or only plan on tackling odd jobs around the house, then you don’t need a bulky 200-piece tool set. This 39-piece kit will do just fine. It comes with enough hand tools to take on small jobs, like hanging a picture, removing the battery cover on a toy, or even trading out a light switch with a dimmer switch. Its compact size and molded case make it easy to store in a utility drawer or closet.

The price on this DeWalt mechanics tool set may be enough to make a gearhead drool. The 192-piece set features 1/4-inch, 3/8-inch, and 1/2-inch ratchets, plus standard and deep sockets that range from a tiny 5/32-inch up to 9/16-inch in SAE sizes, and 4mm to 14mm in metric sizes. There’s also a smorgasbord of extenders and flexible joints that make it easier to work inside the cozy confines of a car engine, not to mention a robust selection of socket screwdriver bits.

Upgrade the battery life of your DeWalt cordless tools by more than double with these larger 5Ah batteries, which are compatible with DeWalt’s family of 20V/60V cordless tools and chargers. In addition to lasting longer, they come equipped with a three-LED fuel gauge that lets you know how much charge you have left.

Milwaukee’s M18 batteries provide some of the longest run time of any cordless tools on the market but they typically come with a high price tag. That’s why this deal from Milwaukee is such a steal. This Red Lithium 18-volt battery, which is compatible with Milwaukee cordless tools and chargers, boasts a whopping 8.0Ah capacity. That gives you plenty of juice to handle a full day of work or more depending on what tool it’s powering up.

If you don’t want your tree trimming and lawn mowing efforts to come to a halt while you wait for your Greenworks mower or chainsaw battery to recharge, then you should invest in an extra battery. This 80-volt battery has enough juice to keep those power-hungry yard machines going. And, with this Prime Day deal, you won’t have to empty your wallet to add it to your Greenworks arsenal.

There's arguably no more important tool in your workshop than your safety eyewear. Protecting your peepers is crucial–you only get two of them, after all–yet most of us grab the cheapest pair out there. With its anti-fog scratch-resistant lens and a rubber molding that comfortably conforms to your face, these DeWalt goggles are comfortable, offer great eye protection, and currently cost about as much as the cheap ones.

If your tool collection has outgrown your small toolbox or bag, this large bag should Klein Tools will give you plenty of room to carry around everything you need. With 42 pockets for all kinds of gear, you can keep everything organized. The hard-molded base and zippered top make sure you can leave your bag open and easily reach for what you need. Plus, it’s got reflective paneling to make sure you’re easy to spot at a work site.
